Details: Project Manager-Arrowhead System Inc. The right candidate must be a seasoned leader of projects from concept to execution by directing processes, plans and people. Success driven and goal focused, this person thrives in a detail oriented environment where they are known for outperforming their financial goals, project scope, projected timelines and customer expectations. Reporting to the VP of Applications Engineering, this is an inside sales function for a world class material handling company with customer interface at all phases of the project. This person will work with teams from multiple functions (Sales, Applications Engineering, Engineering, and Manufacturing) to ensure on time delivery, proper cost management, and scope management for the life cycle of the project. Responsibilities: Single point of contact-be accountable for project results Co-manage customer interaction and satisfaction with the Sales Manager of the account Confer with customers and internal team members to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, services and to provide sales support Work with customer to define project scope and acquire the details needed for the request for quote (RFQ) Work with Applications Engineers and Pricing Analysts to create a timely and accrual proposal Review and approve proposal prior to presenting to Sales for submission to the customer Manages purchase orders and contract administration Provide project schedule to identify when each critical task will be performed Keep the customer and Arrowhead Systems (AHS) management informed on progress and roadblocks to the schedule Manage project update meetings Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request paperwork Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT) process – internal and external Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved Continuous improvement-develop tools and best practices for project management and execution Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
