To join the Shred-it team, you must have strong sales and communication skills over the telephone. Successful Inside Sales Executives work to provide service to our potential clients by setting up appointments, closing sales, being a single point-of -contact. RESPONSIBILITIES • Go-getter attitude and ability to cold call potential customers • Make high volume outbound sales calls to close sales • Generate high quality sales appointments for Sales Representatives in the field. • Outstanding cold calling, negotiation and closing skills over the phone • Determine customer needs and accurately offer the best service solution • Active listening skills to identify opportunities • Overcome objections by positioning service features, benefits and value proposition, preferably in one call • Proactively calling existing clients to develop new opportunities or schedule additional services. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of previous outbound telephone-sales experience. • Proven record of sales success. • Must enjoy selling on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and capability of managing multiple tasks • Strong work ethic • College degree or diploma preferred.
