Accounting Coordinator
Details: Great opportunity with local Kewaunee company. Level of Work: Performs higher level accounting functions according to established procedures and policies or as directed by the Director of Finance. Must be able to work & communicate (written and oral) with all levels of the organization. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work with a minimal amount of supervision. Details: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor for our Gibson, Louisiana facilities. Employee will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Station 62 gas transmission compressor station, Bayou Black separation, dehydration, and terminal facilities, and the Station 63 gas transmission and pipeline facilities. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing gas transmission services through the operation and maintenance of assigned facilities in a safe, compliant, reliable and efficient manner. The Station 62/Bayou Black/Station 63 facilities is a part of the Southeast Louisiana operating area and consist of 100 miles of pipeline, 17,960 horsepower facility (Sta 63), various meter stations, a 24,820 hp compressor station (Sta 62), an 11,000 bbl capacity slug catcher, a 1.4 Bcf/d capacity dehydration facility, Flash gas compression, and a 47,000 bbls tank farm terminal and truck loading facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates and coordinates with Operations personnel on a daily basis to ensure that safe, reliable operations and a high level of productivity are achieved. Responsible for the day-to-day field management, operations and maintenance involving the gathering, transmission and delivery of natural gas. Schedule work with Operations, producers, and Pipeline Control to minimize impact to facilities and customers. Ensure contracts and requests for services are in place for work. Schedule and attend regular meetings to prepare maintenance interventions and minimize shutdowns, while working efficiently and effectively with Operations, Pipeline Control, Engineering and other support groups. Sets strategic direction and is responsible for the day-to-day management of staff. Communicates company policy and formalizes procedures to employees. Responsible for planning and monitoring capital and O&M budgets. Directs, manages, and supports mechanical maintenance in the long-term effort to maintain the assets in a safe, reliable, environmentally compliant, and profitable manner. Maintain and/or operate all natural gas handling equipment and facilities including engine driven reciprocating natural gas compressors and their ancillary equipment (pumps, coolers, filters, instrumentation and controls, etc.), piping, valves, separators, storage tanks, air compressors, auxiliary generators, etc. Maintain and/or operate pipeline facilities including valves, piping, pigging equipment, pipeline right-of-way, meter/regulator stations, and inspection of third party activities. Establish priorities related to the efficient operation and maintenance of the compressor station and right of way. Update and maintain operating and maintenance records. Oversee required compliance with regulatory agencies such as PHMSA, EPA, and others and participate in regulatory audits. Provide required planning and follow up for employees' development including evaluations and feedback. Coordinate work with other departments such as Pipeline Control, Engineering and Construction to maintain positive relationships. Inspect completed work to ensure safety and good working order. Foster an atmosphere of teamwork. Resolve minor disputes and conflicts.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop solutions for enterprise and departmental business intelligence (BI), data warehousing and reporting procedures. Work with users to identify and document BI requirements and solutions. Help define BI strategies and effectively communicate user requirements. Develop and implement reports and queries to drive business processes. Compile ad hoc data and report requests. Provide company-wide expertise on the Uline data model. Provide team with business and technical support. Execute BI tasks and projects. SR. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in IT or related major. 7 years SQL Server experience (including SSRS / SSIS / SSAS) required. SAS experience preferred. Cognos experience a plus. In-depth knowledge of database design, SQL and data warehousing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data Modeling (Conceptual & Logical) preferred. Ability to facilitate meetings and delegate responsibilities. Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches. SR.
