The Network Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Install, support and maintain all internal and external networks • Manage e-mail, anti-spam and virus protection • Perform daily systems monitoring and recommend upgrades/new applications when needed • Execute system backups and recovery • Troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues, both network and client workstation related • Provide technical support and guidance to all users • Set up new user accounts, permissions and passwords • Create, maintain and distribute IT Standard Operating Procedures • Provide training, guidance and technical support to all users • Plan and Implement future IT expansions and projects • Perform duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
