Helpdesk Technician

Details: We are looking for Helpdesk resources to assisst with a project that will last for 6-8 weeks in the Baton Rouge, LA area. The primary responsibility for these resources will be to provide tier one support to all employees of organization. They will mainly have to do password resets, basic troubleshooting, and will need to have great customer service as they are dealing with individuals who may not be very computer savy.
