Volunteer Director
Details: Are you an experienced non-profit professional who is successful with recruiting, engaging and retaining volunteers for projects, events and other activities within the organization? Develop strong relationships with corporate, civic and religious organizations within the communities Bethesda provides services to foster a positive image such that companies and volunteers will make Bethesda the volunteer organization of choice. Represents Bethesda’s Volunteers/Volunteer Program at speaking engagements, community engagement events, public relations opportunity, through social media and website presence. Details: West's Revenue Generation group is looking for a Client Support Business Analyst to join its team in Appleton or Green Bay! In this position, you'll be responsible for the following: Conducting research and analysis on the performance of client automated customer contact applications and recommending courses of action that will lead to improved performance and customer acceptance while ensuring adherence to departmental and corporate policies and procedures Applying analytical techniques on applications to understand patterns of customer contacts, root cause of the contacts, and cause of repeat contacts Providing proactive consultation to clients on industry and cross industry best practices Monitoring and incorporating best practices into automated applications ensuring established business goals are met Recommending new approaches and techniques to automated customer contact applications, providing data and evidence including return on investment calculations to support those new approaches Promoting and encouraging internal productivity enhancements incorporating reusable presentation templates and techniques Monitoring industry trends, products, services, and analytics competitors, providing reports and updates as necessary Ensuring functions are efficiently performed in a detail and quality-oriented manner, adhering to corporate and departmental policies and procedures Proactively interfacing with client teams and clients to evaluate, understand, and contribute to business requirements, program design, and analytics and reporting requirements

Sell all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience. Position may be commissioned and quota based.
