Details: Job Posting Position : Warehouse Associate Location: Clintonville, WI Job Summary : Creative Converting, a division of Hoffmaster Group, Inc., is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate. We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable tableware, including high-fashion paper napkins, plates, cups and table covers in a variety of solid colors and designs appropriate for virtually any event. These products are distributed to specialty and major party good retailers throughout North America and around the world. Creative Converting is conveniently located approximately 35-40 minutes from either the Fox Valley or Green Bay. Our goal is to have an efficient, effective distribution system that meets our customer needs. This position supports the daily activities of the Shipping department in the following areas: picks orders, product put away function, move product from wrapper line to appropriate warehouse or staging location, assist with aisle audit program, load outbound freight on trailers, pick location replenishment, unload trailers and check in transfer product, support re-warehousing efforts and operate RF scanning equipment. Relevant knowledge and experience are consistently applied to new patient populations. The Nurse Clinician directs program activities to structure resources to meet patient's needs. The Nurse Clinician functions as a liaison by initiating and facilitating communication regarding patient needs between the specialty clinic, the Operating Room, the PACU, and the Inpatient Unit. The FDS/OSC/PACU Nurse Clinician cares for a varied case load of surgical patients, making advanced assessments with the patient's physical and psycho-social needs. She/he is skilled in physical assessment related to peri-anesthetic care which includes respiratory management, pain management, and patient teaching. She/he is skilled in physical assessment related to pre-surgical state of a patient as well as the patient's assessment post-operatively. She/he is well-versed on the post-op teaching necessary for the above named patient populations. She/he functions as a team member facilitating patient flow through the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phase. She/he is skilled in problem solving, and emergency intervention. She/he has a strong interest in education of other professionals, providing for the education needs of staff, hospital-wide and in the community. The Nurse Clinician performs under the general supervision of a nurse manager. The Nurse Clinician is a full performance level registered nurse position. The Nurse Clinician systematically and continuously collects and assesses data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic care with the patient and/or family.
