This is a full-time permanent position. You may be required to relocate. Coordinate effective and efficient transition of services at newly contracted facilities. Establishes timelines for project aspects, monitoring the progress of each, and maintaining effective progress. Coordinates completion of site-specific training for all on-site associates. Responsible for coordinating the invoicing process for newly contracted sites. Responsible for issue recognition, identification and application of appropriate resources necessary to resolve issues, status reporting, and overall management of issues through resolution. Strong service–oriented approach in interactions with all customers, both external and internal. Works with SPD Manager to coordinate special projects for staff education, record keeping, data collection and quality audits/trending at designated sites. Performs SPD Need Assessments in coordination with Senior Director and Business Development. Performs other duties and works on special projects.

Picks up and delivers parts for customers and venders as needed. Maintains periodical parts returns as needed. Attends training classes and store meetings. Examines returned parts to determine if defective and exchange part or refund money. Marks and stores parts in stockroom according to prearranged system. Always see that defective merchandise is tagged properly with date, hours used, serial number, model number, correct part number, and placed in warranty bins. Returns all unsold merchandise immediately to the correct stock location. Notifies Parts Manager of discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities. Maintains a clean and safe operating department. Assists with annual physical inventory. Controls expenses to increase profitability.
Surveyor
Details: ■ALTA/ASCM surveys ■Boundary surveys ■Construction staking ■Topographic surveys Qualified candidate will have knowledge of: ■Drafting & AutoCAD Civil 3D ■GPS survey methods ■Records research Gather information for survey, topographical mapping, cross-sections, horizontal and vertical control, location of right of way, and utility locations to be used in preparation of plans and specification Complete Boundary/Retracement surveys Either manually or with CAD programs transfer field information into drawings.
