Actively participate in customer implementation process to include creating and maintaining customer accessorial profiles in COM. 4. Understand additional customer requirements for executing Accessorial Activities to include obtaining authorizations in a timely manner with a high level of collection. 5. Communicate potential customer or process concerns / issues to the accessorial stake-holders (Sales, CS, Rating, Collections, Accessorial Manager). Timely follow-up on open issues and escalation to leadership if resolution is undetermined. 6. Build trust-filled relationships with customers and internal counterparts through open communication, follow-up and timely problem resolution. 7. Create and maintain all team QSWI’s and assist in system testing as needed. 8. Challenge the status quo to find ways to get Schneider National paid for all costs. Identify opportunities that capture additional accessorial revenue.
