Payroll Processor
Details: Responsible for processing payrolls in Kronos and Oracle payroll systems. Validate data input in Kronos and review for accuracy and completeness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures that edits and maintenance of all timekeeping system attributes related to employee maintenance occur in a timely and accurate manner. Receive, verify, update Kronos schedules, and file all time exception forms. Reconcile all timecard exceptions such as missed punches, late punches, early punches, etc. Successfully identify solutions that balance the needs of the employee with the demands of the operation. Perform PTO audits on individual employees and conduct balance resets after all approvals are received. Calculate and prepare all manual check request forms and forward to EVHC Payroll department for processing and approval. Review Oracle Manager Self Service updates for any additional payments or PTO cash outs that must be processed through Kronos. Review Oracle Manager Self Service updates for any FT/PT, supervisor, or payroll id changes that would affect accrual profiles. Perform pay period sign offs on a weekly basis as well as other pay period end processes. Perform Kronos Connect interface process into Oracle ERP system. Add any special pay that is outside of Kronos into the Oracle ERP system in a timely manner to ensure accurate payroll checks. Send email reminders and reports to management regarding pay period close, sign-off and latency of missed punch forms. Adhere to all company policies and procedures Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone’s responsibility.
