AX Developer
Details: Hi, it's tough to weed through all the Dynamics AX jobs posted online, but I hope this one catches your eye. All I do is AX staffing, and the only clients I work with are AX customers. I'm working with a global manufacturing company beginning the second phase of a Dynamics AX 2012 R3 implementation. They are looking for developers for the next phase of the project. This will be 2-3 years of work. The client is willing to look at contract or contract to hire developers, but they need to be willing to be onsite full time and live in the area or have rates reasonable enough to compensate for expenses associated with flying or driving in & staying in a hotel. It's a great company, great team, very nice area to work in. The IT Manager started as a contractor himself, loved the area & company so much he's been there for five years. Dynamics AX experience is a must for contractors, or if you're a strong Java or C# developer willing to go contract to hire, they may train people up on AX. Regarding AX, it's a truly global project, all modules, and they just need very strong AX development experience. They're working closely with Microsoft on the project & the developers are getting fantastic training, the flip side of that is it's not a place where people looking to skate by will get by. Strong experience in X++ customizations, and all the other stuff you see written up in Dynamics AX job descriptions plastering the internet are expected; the only difference is I have a direct line of contact with the development team is I can have people interviews by the end of the week. Please reach out if you've been eying a move or are coming off a project, this is a great opportunity. -Chris Hurley
