The Pricing Specialist is a regional resource responsible for many facets of pricing, including: reviewing and analyzing special price requests (SPR’s), providing price support for special Programs, and initiating renewals for existing agreements. As directed by the Manager, (and with moderate supervision) the Pricing Specialist will support the use of pricing tools and techniques used in Pricing and Negotiations. The Pricing Specialist must possess strong judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Pricing Specialist will provide guidance and support to Distributors, Sales and Pricing in addressing requests pertaining to agreements. This individual will: Support special pricing and marketing programs as directed by the Manager. This includes initiating the agreements, ensuring agreements are adequately reviewed prior to expiration, and providing analysis as requested. Work closely with Sales and Distributors to ensure that Special Price Requests are submitted with all required information. Work with various internal departments to resolve issues related to pricing, inventory, item changes, order shortages, transportation, and on time delivery. • Set up new customers and ship to sites with appropriate Oracle defaults for bill to, payment terms, shipment terms, price list name, etc. • Research and resolve customer deductions and overpayments using root cause analysis to prevent re-occurrence. • Assist Credit and Collections departments with aged invoice issues. • Achieve the metrics identified by the department or defined by customers themselves. • Proactively participate as a member of the Customer Support Team developing positive communication, interaction, cross training and work support to back up when another member is out of the office.

It supervises staff and security and control activities and provides maximum facility coordination, inmate supervision and safety and prepares of records and reports.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Directs security activities and supervises custodial staff. Assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and regulations for custody, security and treatment of inmates. Conducts inspection tours to ensure compliance with all security, safety, sanitation, contraband, fire or other facility regulations. Reviews disciplinary matters concerning both staff and inmates. Reviews staff effectiveness and conducts frequent physical inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Responds to all unusual occurrences. Direct line supervision over correctional officers; makes assignments, reviews post orders and assures that all procedures including emergency procedures are in place and staff is trained in implementation of same. Promotes an atmosphere conducive to character development through the encouragement of favorable behavior patterns, arrangement of physical facilities and influencing relationships among inmates. Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance to inmates in the event of injury, illness or emotional trauma. Gives primary guidance on situational problems; makes referrals for more complex problems. Supports, clarifies, and helps inmates relate to all programs of the facility.
