Responsibilities of the Offshore Service Mechanic include, but are not limited to: • Repair, fabricate, install & remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, reciprocating pumps & related rotating equipment • Pump removals and installations • Rebuilding pumps in the field/offshore • New base installations • New equipment startups • Rotating equipment alignments • Shop rebuilds • Troubleshooting all rotating equipment • Will conform to all customer safety regulations as well as DXP safety protocols and fill out all onsite and in-house paperwork in a timely manner

Details: SUMMARY: Assists the Assistant Director of Quality and Process Improvement with the development, implementation and monitoring of meaningful clinical outcome measurement systems to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance related to performance improvement activities hospital-wide. Completes data collection, analysis, and reports in a timely manner for the performance improvement reporting activities and committees. Assists with the review of PI and peer review information for medical staff as well as Core Measure Data collection. Details: Responsible for servicing windows sold to builders, including but not limited to installing screens, balancing windows, replacing glass and/or sashes, cleaning windows, and any other necessary adjustments as well as job site cleanup and all necessary paperwork. Warehouse duties including stocking inventory, loading and unloading semi-trailers and other duties assigned as necessary. Some local travel required, no overnight travel.

Based on Healthcare Reform, and the success of provider incentive programs, the coordination of a member's healthcare by a qualified physician is increasingly important to assure quality and appropriateness of care for members. The Customer Service PCP Specialist team researches, and if necessary, contacts the enrollee regarding their desired choice of Primary Care Physician to coordinate their health care. This may be at the point of enrollment into one of our Medicare Advantage plans, or during their lifecycle with us as a member. Inclusive in the job functions are inbound calls, outbound calls, and internal research of issues regarding the assignment of the selected PCP. The Customer Service PCP Specialists will initially be focused on the Ovations Medicare Advantage plans that reside on the COSMOS and NICE platforms.
