Infrastructure Analyst III - IDM Telephony

Details: Plan, implement and support Telephony related technologies including Avaya IP Telephony platforms, SBC’s and PSTN gateways. Provide subject matter expertise around these specific technologies. Provide support for the deployment of infrastructure initiatives and projects. Act as tier 3 support for incidents and service requests.
