Details: The Account Manger is responsible for contacting all customers who’s Rental Agreements have expired and working with them in whatever way feasible to maintain the account. This position, though requiring extensive telephone collection type activity, is more a sales than collections job. The Account Manager’s priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather than simply calling to collect money. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Contact all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired for non-renewal and determine the customer’s need, expectation or problem. EMR Data Extraction Consultant

Details: Position: EMR Data Extraction Consultant (Mostly Remote) Location: Western Suburbs of Milwaukee; but this will be 2 weeks onsite to start, then remote with the ability to be onsite as needed. This will likely be once every 4-6 weeks at most. Duration: 3-6 Month Contract (Possible extension) Job Description: Our client operates 100+ Clinics though out 18 States. They are headquartered just west of Milwaukee. The clinics that they manage are "Employer Sponsored" which means they are onsite at companies like: Miller-Coors and Northwestern Mutual, and available for employees to use. They run every aspect of the clinic from Operations, to Clinicians, to IT and Implementations. This company is growing extremely quickly. They just purchase a company in Northern Indiana. With the purchase of this company, they have had to integrate all of the applications and migrate all of the data. Because of this, they are in need of a Data Extraction Consultant that has experience with Patient Data Migration, particularly from an application written in Java, open source code. This person will be responsible for going into the Tolven EMR, extracting that Patient Data, and migrating it into the Data Repository so it can be integrated with Centricity EMR system currently in place; and that Reports may be ran from said data. Looking For: Strong experience extracting and migrating Patient Data from the EMR. Tolven EMR experience would be a huge plus. Experience with Java, JBoss Server 4.2.2 necessary, as that is what the Tolven EMR was written in and sits on. Experience with PostgreSQL 8.3 as that is where the data is housed. Strong experience with SQL development, Scripting, and Querying. Experience with Report Development required, ideally SSRS. Experience with Centricity EMR preferred, but not required. Experience with any of the following integration engines preferred: QVera, Iguana, or Chameleon. Experience with Mirth also preferred. Experience with HL7 messaging and interface development preferred. Business Objective: This position will join the Development team to extract the Patient Data from the Tolven EMR system as they sunset the product.
