Team Lead - Vans Customer Service (E-Commerce) (Appleton)

Details: The Team Lead will support Customer Service E-Commerce group by monitoring performance, offering programs and providing resources that promote service excellence and efficiency. Our customer is looking for a Cisco Telepresence Technician who understands AV and can couple this work within the Cisco UC environment. This resource will need to have worked within a UC environment that has had experience with their audio/visual and call systems. They need to understand call setup, audio/video integration within UC. They will need to understand aspects of scheduling rooms and meetings with the executive suite. The Primary function of the Collaboration Specialist is to manage and administer all Audio/Visual related infrastructure devices across the Enterprise and Services Lines.
