They wear a mesh mask because the containers might be a bit dirty or dusty. 2nd Containers are emptied completely and sprayed so they are clean 3rd The drums them move the heat treating and blasting area 4th The drums move to the paint and primer location so they look brand new. 5th and lastly they go back in the truck to be sent to the client (They look like brand new drums) NOTE: to be successful candidates should come from some sort of outdoor environment or a foundry background. The biggest pros to this position is that you will never be laid off and there is always work. They don't have any competitors that they compete with! Also, all the supervisors started on the floor and it is a union environment with good benefits.
