Production Development Engineer

Details: PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Production Development Engineer Position Summary: Conducts product development and product quality improvement initiatives. Production Development Engineer Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develops clear understanding of external customer needs. Plans and engineers product design changes in coordination with Manufacturing, Marketing, Technical Service, and Sales. Coordinates product trials, recommends special product and special attention order designs. Coordinates aspects of product development in conjunction with Production and Marketing. Works closely with operating managers and superintendents to provide corrective action for product quality issues and to implement product design and/or quality improvements in the most cost effective manner.
