Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is currently working with a client in Dousman, WI that needs an AP Clerk on a temporary basis due to a medical leave. At this point there isn't a timeline in place as to how long this assignment will last as it could be a few weeks up to several months. Within this role the candidate will be matching, coding and vouchering accounts payable invoices within Sage 300. The Controller will be approving so they can then be processed and checks to be cut on a weekly basis for 3 different entities. Two of the entities produce about 1-2 dozen invoices/week and the third about 300-400/week. This client has very strict HIPPA laws that need to be adhered too so there are guidelines that cannot be deviated from in regards to personal information: name, social security number, etc.

Primary responsibilitieswill include: Systems and Network Administration Assumes primary responsibility for systems‑related trouble‑shooting Acts as source person for staff inquiries into computer capabilities Installs computer purchases as necessary Develops and maintains documentation Contacts and works with maintenance personnel when outside assistance is needed Completes computer system hardware maintenance Ensures computer system security in compliance with HIPAA and PCI regulations Works with hardware vendors to ensure systems meet user and company needs Ensures adequacy of systems back-ups Upgrades network hardware and software components as required Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network Establishes network users, user environment, directories and security Capacity planning and future system needs Assists with the research and selection of hardware and software in conjunction with the capital budgeting process Monitors and administers systems, keeping information up-to-date in a systems log Develops, implements, maintains and documents Disaster Recovery procedures Develops, implements, maintains and documents HIPAA and PCI procedures Providing computer support Troubleshoots and rectifies problems with PC and Macintosh hardware and software Remains current as to available software applications and determines the most appropriate programs for efficient job production Performs maintenance on PC and Macintosh hardware and software as required Creates and maintains support logs to ensure accurate and timely completion of support issues Investigates new software and hardware options Develops and provides training related to standard operating procedures for new software and hardware Supports and maintains output devices
