Customer Service Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Talks with customers by phone or via email and receives orders. Enters orders (including Trial Orders) into Axapta. Monitors status of all open orders and coordinates schedule changes as needed. Initiates spec changes when necessary to the data control group; works with Graphics department on new designs and graphics changes.
