Participates in weekly engineering project update meetings with engineering firms Works closely with Major Projects Contract Administration to publish a look-ahead of key milestone dates or requirements to keep the contracting cycle on schedule Participates in and helps facilitate interactive planning sessions Coordinates the compilation of schedule data for submission to benchmarking service (IPA) Communicates to cost engineering schedule deviation and contributes to monthly project forecasting Reviews progress for accuracy and overall project percent complete reporting
