Truck Driver - Hiker/ Vehicle Transporter/CDL - Part Time

Details: Description Job Description: Penske Truck Leasing seeks highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the unique position of Hiker (Vehicle Transporter/ Truck Driver). This position is responsible for vehicle delivery and returning vehicles to Penske locations and Penske customers. Primarily, this position moves our box trucks up to 26’ and for CDL Class A will include tractors and trailer movement. Position may also provide assistance to the service department to deliver parts and equipment. This is a casual/on-call part-time truck driving job that is perfect for licensed CDL Class A drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 25 to 30 hours a week based on business needs. This opening is for 2 CDL A class drivers out of the Madison branch location in our service department. The first shift needed is for Monday - Wednesday 12pm - 8pm and the second needed is for Monday - Friday 7pm - Midnight. Call Center Quality Assurance - QC Analyst

Details: Working with the Customer Service Leadership Team, oversee call monitoring processes as they pertain to inbound calls. Responsibilities will include scheduling and conducting monitoring sessions with Customer Service staff. Based upon these sessions, feedback and reports will be created and distributed to track, measure and provide recommendations and improvements in compliance with stated standards, as well as overall productivity. Also performs quality audits and manages specific requests as needed. Identify and acknowledge when deficiencies exist with the metrics (i.e., when metrics don't effectively measure the intended task this person is responsible for bringing "clarity" to the table) and assist with solutions. Ensure the integrity of the quality process, including coordinating with quality team members and delivering a trustworthy monitoring process that meets or exceeds the needs of the operational groups. Function as a subject matter expert when it comes to quality related metrics- definitions and calculations. Represent the Quality Team as a neutral, third party metric measurement group to our internal business partners. Create and maintain a repository of internal monitoring results and feedback, including data entry and reporting to further identify trends in Agent performance and target areas of improvement. The Apparel Supervisor will be responsible for: - Providing direct assistance to the Manager in the assigned areas of Apparel, Accessories, Active Footwear, Jewelry, Signing Merchandising, Planograms and Price Changes- Overseeing teammate training- Monitoring the sales floor to ensure teammates are performing assigned duties- Providing input and direction to teammates on enhancing the customer experience - Providing input on performance reviews and positive discipline actions- Responding to corporate e-mail and directives- Handling price changes and signing- Ensuring customers receive courteous service
