Details: Job Summary: The Project Coordinator – Development & Construction is a valued member of the Aptura Studio who performs a key role in the successful execution of Aptura opportunities, including renovation and new construction projects. He or she works closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and clients throughout the project process. Essential Job Functions and Leadership Responsibilities: Prepare, edit, review, file and distribute project documentation and communications. Track & update project budgets based on expenditures and prepare related monthly tracking reports. Obtain & review corresponding lien releases supplied by external project partners. Manage the project fulfillment process including, execution of agreements and associated contracted services. Work with Financial Services to ensure accurate billing per agreements/contracts with customer/service providers. Procure corresponding lien releases as per contract requirements. Review documents and compile indexes to make information searches easier (indexing). Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation. Scan hardcopy files to electronic images. Assuring a quality image and perform quality control functions. Perform document preparation tasks. Scanning documentation using state-of-the-art technology. Preparing documents according to document type. Uses 10 key pad. Opening and sorting mail as assigned. This position is highly clerical. Qualifications: Accurate keyboarding and 10 key skills. PC experience including a Windows operating system. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work flow, and work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to accept change essential. Must be able to lift up to 25 lb. boxes as needed (not everyday). Candidates with banking and lending experience are strongly preferred. Candidates need to have the ability to key with 99% or better accuracy rate in order to process a high volume of data in a deadline driven environment.
