Brief Description The Acquisition Specialist will partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition on the recruitment strategy for Rexnord, as well as, provide full life cycle recruitment efforts Rexnord wide. Details: Position Title: Sales Representative-Inbound Wage: $11.00 per hour plus commissions Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Sales Representative-Inbound for a company in Madison, WI. This is a direct hire position for 2nd shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Answer inbound sales inquiries from current or past customers relating to product and services •Use effective selling techniques to improve sales results •Inform clients of products and/or service or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously (upselling) •Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
