Technical Engineer - Asset Management

Details: Location: Milwaukee, WI TECHNICAL ENGINEER Asset Management (Mobile, Network, Server, Storage, and data center equipment) This person's primary role would be the management of all of our companies mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones, and tablets) and works closely with our cellular carriers to order devices, change features, reconcile billing statements, and charge back internal customers for our mobile services. This is not a mobile support role, it is an asset management role. This person would also be involved in ordering all equipment that goes into our data center. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, familiar with accounting practices and reconciling billing statements. A knowledge of mobile devices would be preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate who is willing to learn about these devices. Driving standardized post-cast processes and process management using the scientific method and six sigma tools. Leading a team of technicians in the development of robotic (Motoman/Fanuc) and CNC programs throughout the facility, inclusive of fixture design for; shell build, shell removal, blasting media, digital radiography, welding, and casting units. Requirements: Tools, Materials, Equipment, Vehicles Used In Job Slideboard, hammer, screwdriver, saw, pliers as required to put material into the structure. Should be training to operate trucks booms, dollies, and crane fork Should go through company wide orientation program Operate all equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain vehicle and self in a clean, responsible, and professional manner. To perform daily preventive maintenance and safety procedures on equipment and notify supervisor of any discrepancies, problems, or concerns. Ensure that all types of materials are handled and delivered in a safe and appropriate manner. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through courteous, professional, accurate, and timely delivery. Interact appropriately with other trades and individuals encountered on the site. Train new personnel as needed. Document and report any material discrepancy, site or delivery damage, or safety issue prior to leaving job. Ensure continuing communication with dispatch at all times to update upon arrival, departure, and change in plans. Establish and maintain good customer relations on the job-site. Provide assistance as needed in loading, counting, and customer interface at the job site and warehouse location. Must be able to work in a wide variety of prevailing outdoor weather conditions throughout all seasons.
