Details: The Retail Customer Service Associate consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Center’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Details: Function: Operations (Beef, Poultry, Pork, Prepared Foods, etc.) Pay Type: Non-Exempt Position Number: 11208185 FSQA Technician 5 Employee Type: Full Time Relocation: No TNT Crust, part of the Tyson Foods, Inc., family, was founded in 1981 to serve local and regional frozen pizza manufacturers from its base of operations in northeastern Wisconsin. TNT operates two bakeries in Green Bay, Wisconsin with more than 100,000 square feet of production space. TNT Crust annually produces more than 200 million crusts in both par-baked and self-rising varieties. This position is located in Green Bay, WI and is responsible to support operations and quality on the following: performing daily audits; data collection, analysis and documentation; entering data into the Plant View Data Collection System; learning and understanding SOP, SSOP, and HACCP policies and procedures; perform pre-op inspections prior to the start of production; enforce SOP policies which include GMPs, etc.; communication and guidance to ensure compliance with all company, customer, regulatory and BRC requirements. The Description of Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes; Perform incoming material receipt verification of labels and COAs/COCs against specifications for ingredients and packaging materials. Perform finished product label verifications on every product run on every line each shift. Conduct metal detection monitoring with 7mm stainless steel standards three times per shift on every line. Conduct product formulation verifications on every product run on every line each shift. Check finished product case net weights on an hourly basis on every line each shift. Perform equipment inspection and release after repair (Notification of Repair). The Description of Secondary Duties and Responsibilities includes; Monitor GMPs in production and warehouse for compliance and record on approved form. Perform analysis on finished product as required. Analysis includes visual, organoleptic, weight, and size. Analysis may also include moisture and/or pH. Keep accurate and detailed records of product testing. Perform test & measuring equipment (scale, thermometer, moisture analyzer, etc.) calibrations and project assignments in a timely, safe and professional matter, report results, and issues to FSQA Supervisor. Check production lines for type of product, correctness of labels, date codes, bags, boxes, pallet patterns, etc. to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Collect and prepare finished product samples for chemical and microbiological analysis, complete request forms and send to outside lab. Collect samples for environmental monitoring, including but not limited to air, water, drains, and equipment surface. Verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) on monthly basis, and ensure HACCP daily checks are performed. Coordinate, schedule and perform pizza bake off on a quarterly basis. Verify and file COAs for incoming material and other receiving documents. Notify FSQA Manager/Supervisor, Shift Coordinator or Plant Manager of unusual product observation, or analytical results during analysis or sample handling to assure potential quality issues are identified, reviewed and resolved prior to release of product. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
