Vibration \ Predictive Maintenance Analyst - Site Lead Location: Central, WI Area NOT OPEN FOR INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENT Job description: Manage day to day site operations and quality service delivery of the following: Vibration analysis - multi technology platform. Effective database setup and management skills including build, edit and fine tuning. Multi-channel analysis, ODS and modal as needed. Troubleshoot complex machinery faults. Oil and Lubrication knowledge. Infrared Thermography for electrical, mechanical, refractory etc… Ultrasound (leak detection, steam traps, arcing and corona etc…) Motor current testing. Corrective maintenance practices of balancing and alignment. Non Destructive Testing. Visual inspections and troubleshooting skills. Perform and support RCFA. Improve customer’s machinery reliability. Miscellaneous responsibilities: Understand customer safety requirements and follow rules and guidelines. Understand customer, contracts requirements and people. Develop strong relationship with One-SKF team in region. Customer Management (meetings, work scope, safety,…) Efficient job scheduling. Keep SKF Management \ Sales Team updated and informed. Insure efficient operations at site (routes, databases,,etc...) Insure timely and accurate reporting of analysis, severity and faults. Be available for emergency call outs. Mentor and manage additional team members as needed. Ability to work well with and integrate into the customers maintenance organization.

Analyze vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted. Prepare accounts payable checks. Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Assist in monthly closings. Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
