Job Function As Nurse Tech (CNA/STNA ), you work under the direction of licensed personnel to provide quality resident care in accordance with applicable regulations. This position has no supervisor responsibilities. You may be asked by the supervisors or mangers to perform other duties. Duties and Responsibilities Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident. Participate in resident care assessments. Assist in development of resident treatment plans. Provide direct care in accordance with treatment plans. Accompany residents, as needed, to various activities and functions. Participate in restorative nursing program. Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals to your supervisor. Report injuries of an unknown source, including skin tears. Turn all medications found in the resident’s room/possession over to the Clinical Nurse. Serve between meal and bedtime snacks. Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification as a Nursing Technician. Participate in appropriate in-service training programs prior to performing tasks that involve potential exposure to blood/body fluids. Immediately notify the Clinical Nurse of any resident leaving/missing from the facility. Clean, disinfect, and return all resident care equipment to its designated storage area after each use. Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the Clinical Nurse immediately. Report all safety violations. Follow established procedures in the use and disposal of personal protective equipment. Wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., back brace, mechanical lifts, etc.) when lifting or moving residents. Position Summary/Purpose: The Environmental Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for the supervision of the Site Services Field Technicians, safety performance and the performance of tasks associated with both non-hazardous and hazardous waste management, and associated regulatory requirements, tasks associated with water compliance regulatory requirements, and solid & liquid-handling rental equipment applications at a contract customer location. The EPM makes recommendations for the efficient and cost effective handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials at the contract customer’s site. The EPM is responsible to increase the win rate by recognizing liquid-handling rental equipment applications, thus enabling the branch to add incremental revenue which has not been previously budgeted. Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions: 1. Ensures Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance is the number one goal by following policies and processes. 2. Act as primary liaison between ETS and client contact. Work to develop relationships with contract customers and understanding the customer issues to ensure ETS provides the highest level of service. 3. Manages and oversees small to midsize, technically complex projects involving waste management from petroleum refining operations. Allocate manpower, organize crews and delegate job responsibilities. 4. Make recommendations for the efficient and cost effective handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials at the contract customer’s site. 5. Allocate and verify that the appropriate ETS rental equipment is available, green-tagged, and on-site to complete the project/job 6. Manage safety performance and environmental reporting. Ensure that ETS site members participate in all required safety programs, including SOR Program. 7. Train and mentor Field Technicians 8. Because of the emergency response and operational nature of the position, it will require some on-call availability. This could also include weekends and holidays 9. Provide guidance to subordinates in order to meet client’s contract budget expectations. 10. Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, rental equipment selection and subcontractor selection and procurement. 11. Documents all aspects of the field response action and compiles site data required to characterize and profile the nature and extent of generated waste streams, recommend the most efficient and effective manner of collection, storage, processing and/or transportation of the generated waste from the source of generation to the final disposition by utilizing ETS’ liquid-handling rental equipment. 12. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the ETS and client’s business.
