Plan, control and follow the pharmacy payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations. Create weekly schedules for team members (including staff pharmacists) and modifying those schedules to meet store demands and to manage expenses. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, including, without limitation, wage and hour and equal employment opportunity laws, for hourly team members. Solicit and observe customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community. Pull lineals in the facility using the various resources. Maintain and organize scrap and other dumping areas both inside and outside of the building. Empty scrap bins and dispose/recycle accordingly. Move materials in machining, fab and glazing when requested. Assist in rework processing when necessary. Pick up and drop off material with the company vehicle if requested. Consistently monitor and maintain quality performance. Position will back-up stockroom, glass and shipping and is required to flex into production positions periodically during shift.
