National Sales Director – Responsibilities Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization including the development of Division Manager tools for leading an effective sales team Lead and develop a nationwide training plan for the sales organization including Sales Representatives and Division Managers Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning Work with the Division Managers and Recruiting Department to ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of Sales Representatives Provide supervision through field visits, observations, and measurement of results that includes performance management plan Ensure LMS training for all products for the Sales team Proactively identifies changes in industry and competitive pressures to develop and modify sales strategies and tactics accordingly
