GENERAL SUMMARY Manage all employees and processes in a high sales volume retail store carrying a balanced combination of food and general merchandise. Details: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shop Field Service Machinist for our client which is located in the greater Milwaukee area. This role involves a wide range of standard and custom developed manual machine tools both in their shop and at their customers' facilities. In addition, this individual will perform all aspects of the the job including machine set-up, tooling selection, machine specifications, job layouts, and written and/or oral instructions. The job responsibilities area as follows: Set-Up and operate a range of manual lathes, mills, boring bars, VTL's and other standard shop equipment when performing tight tolerance machining. Use standard measurement instruments in order to perform quality control checks on parts in-process and upon completion. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner Exercise care and safe work practices Work with others at the their company and with their customers to adapt to changing technical and logistical requirements Other duties designed or required Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows: High School Diploma Completion of a Machine Shop Technology program or minimum of five years experience as a manual machinist; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
