Primary Responsibilities : Maintain visual and digital brand consistency for assigned product lines across all marketing media Assist in implementation of overall product marketing strategy Coordinate creative and execution for print and email marketing campaigns to current and prospective customers for B2B audiences Maintain and work with the Product Marketing Manager to expand communications outlets to current clients, vendors and employees Create and/or coordinate development and execution of print and digital marketing/sales/recruiting collateral as needed Work with the Salesforce team to maintain lead and opt-out databases in line with corporate email policies and sales initiatives Develop, edit and bind sales presentations as needed Work closely with the VP of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer and the Product Marketing Manager to vet and engage with potential industry associations Develop newsletter content and execute newsletter sends on a monthly or quarterly basis Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to produce thought-provoking email campaigns and emails for our monthly drip Work closely with content marketing team members to help provide ideas for whitepapers, blogs and articles that are specific to our industry and deliver thought leadership Collaborate with social media team to provide ideas for expanding our social media presence and delivery of fresh content Coordinate with the event marketing team to prepare marketing materials as well as pre and post email campaigns for tradeshows and events Analyze email campaign and content results and provide reporting to the Product Marketing Manager Assist with updating product website content Assist with analyzing website and email campaign trends to determine which content topics are resonating the best with our targeted audience Identify and present tactical plans for new ways to engage customers, vendors and employees Provide marketing assistance for community initiatives such as charitable events, employee events or recruiting events Maintain and organize sales and process collateral to ensure new materials are up-to-date and communicated to our sales and professional services teams Research industry trends and competitive information to make recommendations for future content, product and sales efforts. Update supporting sales materials accordingly.
