Essential functions and key tasks: Provides prompt positive and corrective feedback to team members on compliance with standards, meal service, and food quality. Assists in developing new team members through skills and standards training, coaching, and feedback. Maintains high performance and behavioral expectations to ensure that standards are being met. Purchases food and supplies from authorized vendors to meet cycle menu requirement.
