The Manager is responsible for cost control of Workers Compensation through training and strategic and proactive case management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the daily activities of the EH&S Specialist and Security Supervisor. Administer a comprehensive health and safety education program. Ensure training is completed and documented for all employees on OSHA/EPA/DOT required topics. Conduct periodic compliance audits throughout the plant. Coordinate corrections of unsafe conditions or acts. Consult with department managers for recommendations on compliance. Administer plant Worker’s Compensation.
