Details: The Business Analyst (BA) plays a key leadership role in supporting the business processes, systems and customers and bridges the needs of the business with the use of IT and other delivery resources. Works as a liaison with the business to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and systems. The BA understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
