The Senior VoIP Engineer will assist the IT Manager in the planning, coordination, design, implementation, and integration of all voice technology solutions, systems, and applications. Day-to-day duties to include moves/adds/changes, setup and skill configuration of new agents, call routing changes via IVR systems, production of historical and real-time reports, and support of all network hardware and software components and connectivity.

The incumbent will originate and coordinate routine and non-routine work related to corrosion testing and engineering, providing support to internal teams and the external customer base. Originate and lead materials development projects with the object of evaluation and implementation of new materials, products and operating environments. Participate and provide input for incoming lab work to provide analysis and technical direction. Refine ability to distill seemingly disparate information into a “key question”. Identify gaps in required information in order to answer the “key question” and provide needed feedback to the requestor(s). M aintain current understanding of advanced in corrosion engineering and science applicable to Modine’s anticipated needs. Write clear, concise and timely formal reports that include method(s) and sample(s) description, results, interpretation and opinion. Reports are primarily directed to Modine personnel, but may also be forwarded to suppliers and customer, therefore requiring distinct clarity and sensitivity to the subject. The report is the primary product of the lab and is meant to disseminate “actionable information” to the engineering community.
