We will consider candidates with Star, Tsugami, Hanwha, Nomura, Tornos Deco and/or other swiss lathe brands. Programming experience using cam software such as Partmaker or Esprit is preferred. Past experience improving operating performance to reduce waste delays, cost, cycle times, and/or set up times is a plus. Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose machine alarms, malfunctions, CNC programs, set up issues and quality concerns is preferred. Good written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Past experience coordinating multiple projects to develop and launch new products is needed. MUST HAVE: 5 years of experience processing, programming, tooling, setting up, improving and troubleshooting swiss type CNC lathes. Knowledge of Citizen swiss lathes is a plus.
