Manage the trade show budgets with pre-established guidelines. Secure approved reservations and exhibit space for local, regional, and national events. Develop and execute strategy, plans, and activities within the approved budget. Organize and track expenses from year to year. Represent Michels at trade shows. Apply knowledge of Michels divisions and departments to create contacts and customers. Assist with writing, producing, developing, and distributing sales literature, proposals, blogs, social media, and e-newsletters to promote company services. Research and analyze marketing processes and make recommendations for improvements. If approved, assist with user procedures, guidelines and documentation; assist with training on new processes. Maintain open communication with divisional and departmental leads to ensure coordination of marketing needs. Other duties as assigned.
