Details: Payroll Tax Administrator Job Description Quad/Graphics is seeking a Payroll Tax Administrator with the skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You will work at our Sussex location, the headquarters of the second largest printer in the World. This position offers an innovative and dynamic work environment, where you will be part of a team responsible for processing payroll for employees nationwide. Earn the opportunity to take on projects while ensuring employees and payroll taxes are paid timely and accurately. Play an integral role as we transition payroll from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Payroll. The successful candidate must be a positive, credible professional who is also an effective problem-solver with strong communication skills; accurate, customer oriented, able to handle multiple priorities with deadlines, and have intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (including Access & Excel). Tax administration or filing experience is required. Experience using HRIS (i.e. PeopleSoft) is also desired.
