Capability to draw conclusions and reconcile differences between predicted and actual results Plan and coordinate the maintenance of a variety of engineering solutions including documentation, reporting, publishing, and making technical or other presentations to ensure visibility of the solution(s) in an evolving environment Designs new equipment and machinery as conceived to support the in-house needs of Manufacturing and Engineering. Description: The Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the general supervision of the Administrator. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing census as defined through targeted goals and developing referral relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts. Responsibilities: Assists referral sources in identifying patients with care needs that match the services provided by the community. Educates the potential resident and family regarding the services provided, admissions process, treatment process, and projected outcome. Communicates with appropriate nursing community staff and ensures community is prepared for the residents arrival. Coordinates the residents transfer to the community and completes necessary transfer and admission paperwork. Develops and maintains a positive interactive partnership with the Five Star Quality Care Network. Maintains an active, working knowledge of current competition and any new entrants or changes in the market. Provides on site clinical assessment service to referring providers.
