Details: Job Scope: Operate vehicles (driving, parking and staging) in support of sale day events and general auction operations. Includes movement of vehicles to, from and on auction property. Key Responsibilities: Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulations; observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques. This candidate should have experience with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Bank account Reconciliation, and posting Journal Entries to the General Ledger. This person will be updating Excel spreadsheets as well as organizing the companies Fixed Assets. A degree in Accounting is required and extensive experience in Excel is preferred. Any experience with the software Epicor is preferred as well.
