Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure compatibility of molding equipment and parameters with other processing equipment. Specific Responsibilities: Provide leadership to continuous improvement efforts, especially in the areas of processing and equipment. Serve as injection molding equipment and process evaluator for potential subcontractors as needed. Develop process parameters utilizing the Scientific Injection Molding Process. Research and stay informed in the latest injection molding technology using all available resources including the internet, trade shows and seminars. Ability to work in teams in order to complete new projects in a timely fashion or complete continuous improvement projects. Develop and maintain IT training curriculum and departmental training approval processes. Determine and preapprove IT asset management schedules. Negotiate, prepare and review IT-based contracts. Participate in senior management meetings. IT CFO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, business or related field preferred. 10+ years related experience with 5+ years in a director or senior executive position. CFO experience a must. Knowledge of IT systems and technology experience a plus. Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
