General Summary: Designs a wide variety of tools consistent with standard tool configuration, including cutting and forming tools. Does product costing and quotation and works with engineering to identify problems with performance or tool life and recommends solutions or enhancements. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the field is a plus. Works under immediate supervision.
