Details: Advanced Pain Management is looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter. The purpose of this position is to recruit physicians for APM and MAPS and assist with the development of strategic physician recruitment plans. The position has the additional focus of helping to retain medical staff members through practice enhancement and development activities. Essential Duties Include: Leads and executes a comprehensive physician recruitment program to ensure an adequate flow of physicians in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization and medical staff. Works with Leadership assessing the immediate and long-term need for physicians and services for the organization; assists with developing strategies for attracting a proper mix of healthcare practitioners to the area.
