Details: Brookfield Rehab and Specialty Care has an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to become a Nursing Home Administrator. This is a full time benefit eligible position (i.e. inursance, paid time off, etc.) We are seeking an ambitous individual with excellent leadership skills to lean all aspects of nursing home operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a long term care setting, preferable in a management role. Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in a Human Service related field, or is planning to graduate within 6 months of hire. Strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills are required. Candidate must be willing to take on multiple tasks within various departments. Training will be provided under the direct supervision of a seasoned Administrator with the intent to develop skills necessary to become an administrator in a long term care setting.
