The company President will be responsible for all aspects of operations, including: Sales, Manufacturing, and Financial performance. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with experience and demonstrated success in Sales and Marketing. Business management skills are critical, with a solid understanding of P&L management and a track record of building and maintaining a profitable operation. The President will be expected to direct the activities of the sales teams for all products and to coordinate manufacturing with the highly experienced existing operations team. The President will work with staff to create and manage budgets to accomplish short- and long-term financial goals, and will be ultimately responsible for the company’s financial performance. He or she will report quarterly to shareholders, reviewing sales statistics and marketing plans, financial statements including profit and loss, as well as reports on production operations and capital investment programs. The President will also be responsible to periodically identify and develop plans to pursue new markets and opportunities to extend and grow the business.
