The Senior Payroll Rep works in a team of four responsible for processing the multi-state, monthly and semi-monthly payroll for about 3,000 U.S. employees. Working collaboratively with other internal teams, this important role compiles and analyzes payroll data, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The Senior Payroll Rep will also be responsible for various projects including participating in testing newly applied tax updates, PeopleSoft Payroll upgrades and various state and federal tax inquiries/research reports. What Will I Do? Payroll coordination and processing: Using the Peoplesoft HCM Payroll system, run all processes necessary to complete the monthly and semimonthly payrolls, collaborating with Human Capital (HC) and IT. Coordinate the payroll process for Expats and Inpats with HC. Conduct audits of the payroll, benefit deductions and employer contributions, ensuring accuracy.Process and create the NACHA (payroll file) and send to bank for processing. This person must be able to read code and write some code, if necessary. We are looking for someone with a "QA mindset"- not someone that wants to be a developer. Maintain and use automated testing tools, they use Jira, for the performance of regression and other types of testing Analyze and report test failures utilizing problem report tracking software Execute manual tests and analyze the results Interact with the offshore development team to explain new test requirements, and review ODC output This person will be responsible for testing code that has been developed for the WM team, this code is primarily written in EXTJS (sim to JQuery). The QA will create detailed test plans that leads them through a set of important test cases. From the bugs they find they will track and when fixed do regression testing and junit testing. This person will write test cases and plans through the paperwork passed on from the developers, this person needs to be extremely detail oriented. Applications are written in Java, C# and heavy SQL Queries. Java is the business layer and C# is the presentation layer. Transactional layer is a proprietary technology called MOCA. MOCA is a hybrid SQL. Technical Enviroment: SQL, Unix exposure, Jira is their tracking tool, Test Complete for Automation. Our client needs someone that is interested in doing testing-automated and manual, but more from an engineer standpoint- reading and writing some code. They need to be able to read code and may have to write queries. This person should be experienced with SQL and be able to do basic joints, and understand queries. They will have to be able to look at errors in the code and trace files. They really want someone who is a self starter. Someone who isn't afraid to just jump in, ask questions. They supply precision formed stainless steel products to the aircraft and other high tech industries and just landed another new contract. This leading organization is a great place to work. Accurately implements treatment prescriptions including Sodium (Na) modeling prescription, and Ultrafiltration modeling (where appropriate) to ensure stable treatment therapy as indicated. Assesses patients’ response to hemodialysis treatment therapy, making appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the prescribing physician. Identifies and ensures appropriate follow-through regarding missed labs and specimens reported to be insufficient according to company policies and procedures. Ensures all specimens are appropriately packaged according to Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and procedures relating to shipment of blood or body fluid specimens and potentially hazardous material. Ensures that all labs are directed and delivered to appropriate labs. Reports alert/panic and abnormal labs results to appropriate physician. Ensures lab results are forwarded to physicians as requested. General duties: Enforces all company approved polices and procedures, as well as regulations set forth by state and federal agencies and departments. Routinely meets with the Clinical Manager to discuss personnel and patient care status, issues, and information.
