Details: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for helping to facilitate the daily operations and objectives of the firm’s accounts receivable cycle. This role reports to the accounts receivable manager and will work closely with the internal receivables team. Responsibilities: • Assure timely collection monies due to the corporation • Complete timely and accurate invoicing • Perform cash applications and verify that all cash receipts are applied properly • Reconcile A/R to the G/L • Manage customer credit limits • Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures • Other accounts receivable related tasks

Staff Accountant (Entry-level)

Details: Local company in Madison, WI is seeking an entry-level staff accountant. This role will be responsible for preparing journal entries, detailed reports, and account reconciliations. The staff accountant will support the internal accounting team and help to facilitate the accurate completion of daily accounting tasks.
