Job Functions Develop an SIU program for identifying and addressing clients’ needs Develop programs for identifying cases from other LOB for potential referral or review Ensure regulatory requirements of the SIU are met Case manage and oversee the work product of SIU investigators Develop and implement enhancement training for SIU investigators to improve the quality of the SIU product Oversee the completion of SIU services for clients (fraud referrals, fraud reviews, prosecutorial packaging, training, fraud plan development, annual fraud reports, special investigations) Oversee maintenance of client fraud logs Develop administrative processes for managing SIU files in company systems Ensure SIU administrative staff is properly maintaining the SIU inventory Provide guidance and direction to clients on their SIU requirements Ensure clients receive assistance in developing SIU programs that will meet state regulatory requirements Assist G4S in identifying and developing additional SIU products Management and oversight of the G4S field investigative staff Investigative work product quality initiatives and improvements Development and maximization of field management resources to assist in training, monitoring and mentoring of G4S field investigative staff Responsible for the development, updating, and enhancement of SIU training on eTrainer Implement all components of the fraud mitigation program with assigned clients and ensure that all standards are met to include quality, service, training, fraud recognition, outcomes and Impact reporting. Position may involve actual assignment and embedding as an SIU Director within a client insurance company office with total program accountability and responsibility for customized anti-fraud program design, implementation, and outcomes.
