Facilitate and mitigate cross-team issues and priorities around environment use and deployment needs. Partner with project and technical teams to track, orchestrate, and communicate the activity within the environments. Assist in resolving schedule or technical conflicts when activities clash within environments. Facilitate the intake of environment requests and determine the feasibility and cost/benefit analysis of all requests. Coordinate the building, repurposing, and or decommissioning of test environments and associated test data according to prioritized project and functional needs. Solicit details for the environment technology component catalog - which should ultimately feed into a CMDB - and build or update any associated processes to maintain accuracy. Evaluate production deployment plans for completeness as well as potential issues with other activities. Enforce the production release process that ensures the reliability and availability of the platform. Evaluate and approve of technical change requests within test environments, ensuring as best as possible, that there are no negative cross-team impacts. Review adherence of planned production project technology changes to the defined operational practices and ensure teams have obtained approval from key stakeholders. Create Executive Communications escalating priority projects and issues affecting the ability to deliver quality projects, including monitoring post production metrics and issues. Confirm updates to on-going current and future state architecture documentation is made based on migrated changes. Assist with identifying best practice and process improvements around architecture and implementation toolsets. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience managing end-to-end IT releases or a High School graduate with 2 years of additional education and/or training and a minimum of 6 years of related experience. Experience with testing and IT Service Management tools. Experience following ITIL standards to support change migration and release management. Experience in IT Project Management and Delivery. Understand concepts around: Service delivery capabilities, Database structures and integration with systems and business applications, Informatica and ETL concepts/comprehension, and Business Objects logic. Solid understanding of the software development process including: project initiation and planning, analysis, design, coding, system integration, testing, deployment and problem resolution. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Willingness to work individually and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. Ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, and comfortable with change. Ability to quickly gain familiarity with changing systems and project initiatives.
